Most cleaners make you ring for a price. Here is ours, in full, with every extra listed.
A bond clean on the Gold Coast costs between $600 and $1,250 with CleanArt, depending on the size of the property. A one-bedroom unit is $600. A three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is $850. A four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is $1,250. All prices include GST.

Where the property sits changes the work involved — stairs, lifts, parking and the number of wet areas all add time.
Each of these is quoted separately and added only if you ask for it.
The figures above are for an average-sized property in reasonable condition. Five things move them, and we will always tell you before we start rather than after:
A full bond clean to the standard Gold Coast property managers inspect against — oven, rangehood and filters, bathrooms sanitised, wardrobes, window tracks, skirting boards, light fittings, ceiling fans and air conditioning filters, doors and architraves, and every hard floor vacuumed and mopped. It also comes with our bond-back guarantee. If your agent raises anything within our scope, tell us within 72 hours of their report and we return within 72 hours to put it right, at no charge.
A $100 deposit confirms your booking and holds your date. It comes off the final price — it is not an extra charge. Cancel more than 48 hours beforehand and it is refunded in full.
The balance is payable on the day, on arrival, by cash or bank transfer. Rescheduling is free if your moving date shifts.
